Every now and then a client asks me to draw something weird, but fantastic. Case in point, The Spider Soldier. This was fun as hell to draw.

230: New 52 Powergirl
The new Powergirl costume seems weird without the cleavage hole, lol. She doesn’t look like herself, her costume is part of the character, like Spider-man’s. Any time they’ve made a drastic change and it just feels off. I thought she might take the time to fix it up for us. Enjoy.

Probably my favorite new character from the DC relaunch, Starling for Birds of Prey.
222: New 52 Supergirl
Supergirl is a title that I thought would continue to be mediocre in the reboot, but I’ve gotta say that I’ve really been enjoying it. Love the art and the story is interesting and entertaining. Pick it up if you haven’t already.
221: Wolverine Speed-Drawing
One of my good friends asked me about my process, so I threw this together for him in about 15 minutes. Roughly sketched with my Wacom Intuos 3 in Photoshop CS5, then Inked in Manga Studio EX 4, finally colored back in Photoshop.
215: Echo
Maya Lopez is one of my absolute favorite Daredevil characters, and I don’t think I’ve ever drawn her before now. It’s weird to me that I somehow have never drawn a character that I like this much, she’s such a cool idea for a character. I made a list of female characters that I love but have never drawn, and I’ll be working my way through them over the next couple weeks, be on the look out for them.
